If you like to slice your own Biltong, this package is perfect.  It contains a beautiful slab of Biltong plus a very handy and sharp knife.

Slicing Biltong from a slab right before eating it, is the absolute best way of getting the best flavour and texture in each bite.

Use the carving tool at own risk! It is very sharp. Cut down onto a wooden board, to get nice even slices.
